As a director with a keen eye, Marius Wickli is an indispensable player in every major short screen production. With him since hour zero, he not only knows every secret of Collective, but also every hidden feature of his equipment.
Now working primarily as a director with big ideas, he lives for attention to detail and the joy of staging. As a DoP, he is blessed with both a good eye and incredible perseverance. He is really tough: at 38 degrees in the shade, he hangs himself out of a car moving 120 km/h without safety with a 10kg camera. What some people wouldn't dare do for five seconds, they pull off for just half an hour. In order not to have to vomit in Tom Lüthi's drifting BMW, he has even developed his own breathing technique.
